With Oakfield’s show home due to open in early 2022, our interior designer is busy creating its character which we want to bring to life with some bespoke furniture and furnishings inspired by the local area and created by local people.
Calling all makers and crafts people!
There are some bespoke items of furniture we are looking to have created for the show home and we’d like to invite local people to tender for them, including:
• an upholsterer and furniture upcycler to re-cover a sofa and produce some bespoke items
• a joiner or furniture maker to create two fitted wardrobes, a bench seat and a dining table made from reclaimed timber
• designers and makers to create soft furnishings, ceramics and lighting
As well as paying them for their service, and show casing the items in our show homes, we’ll share business details for prospective buyers to see when having looking round.
